Return Policy

All standard products need to be returned within (8) days of receiving the items. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Customers are required to contact our customer service department at (855) 307-6964 prior to returning the items for our approval. Any items returned without approval will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All customized product orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for confirming all local building codes/requirements/regulations related to the products purchased. No returns will be accepted for building code non-conformance issues.

Claims/Damages

All merchandise must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. Inspection of the product includes opening the packaging and inspecting the product completely. Damaged products must be reported to our office immediately by calling (855) 307-6964. Items shipped by freight transport must be inspected when unloaded from the truck dock; with damages being reported to the delivery driver and duly noted in writing on the shipment documentation by the delivery driver. Do not sign off on the delivery unless all damages are noted. All damaged return items must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the package delivered once they have signed for acceptance of the delivery. Once a customer has signed off and accepted the delivery, no damage claims will be accepted.
